So how do you cope with gossip?
According to Dr. Les Parrot III, author of High Maintenance Relationships (p. 79-87) and founder of the Center of Relationship Development in Seattle Pacific University, here’s how:

We live in a time where there are countless opportunities at every corner.
I go on the Internet with the intention of emailing a friend, and I find myself distracted with the latest headlines in today’s news or emails that inform me about sales, concerts, conferences, Evites, and so forth. My 3 minutes on the Internet has turned into 3 hours. As soon as I know it, I am wondering what happened to my afternoon.
The same thing happens in the work area. You can be working on a project on your own or with other people. Everyone has great ideas and, in the midst of you working on the project, another opportunity presents itself to you. So you start a new project in addition to your existing project. Now you have two projects, both for wonderful causes, but now all your time and efforts will be going to these two projects.
So what’s the big deal?
First Week of "Seeding": Start Sowing Seeds

July 1st officially marks the first full week of “seeding” on The Online Grapevine. I find it coincidental how an image of the sower planting seeds is posted in a loved one’s bedroom, the message of sowing and reaping often delivered in The Oasis Christian Center in Los Angeles, is also mentioned in books I have read such as Seeds

What does straight from “The Vine” mean? As the team started “seeding” last week, I thought it was rather appropriate to talk about sowing and reaping and now, as The Online Grapevine launches its site, it’s time to talk about what “The Vine” means to me. I’ll break it down threefold.
#1: “I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5 St. Joseph Medium Size Edition)
