Jack LaLanne - A True Fitness Hero

Jack Lalanne is my #1 fitness hero. Lalanne was the first fitness expert to encourage women to lift weights. (Weights were said to make women masculine and unattractive.) He was the first at many fitness related accomplishments that have shaped what fitness is today.
Forgot to mention that Jack is 94-years-old and works out every morning for two hours. What an inspiration.

Both of these videos have really opened up my eyes to the simplicity and beauty of good health and fitness. We all want to live long healthy lives. It is important to be aware of what we are putting in our bodies. Since watching these YouTube videoes, I have been eating healthier and my workouts are short, intense, frequent, and have good variety.
My lifestyle is more efficient and I feel great.
